Please read carefully before proceeding with TWA Registration:

1.  TWA is not a social interaction application.

2.  TWA’s primary purpose is (a) to facilitate communication between Law Enforcement and the Public and (b) Facilitate communication between various Law Enforcement Professionals.

3.  TWA does not promote, judge, or in any way publicize any material submitted.

4.  TWA only accepts and retains materials that (a) reference events and communication between Law Enforcement and the Public; (b) events that impact Law Enforcement and/or the Publics’ health, safety and well-being and (c) threaten National Security.

5.  TWA does not acknowledge events prior to or after those depicted in, recordings or submitted in text.

6.  TWA does not interpret, infer or otherwise embellish upon any material submitted. It only maintains the raw integrity of the material submitted.

REGISTRATION

1.  In registering as a Law Enforcement officer or the Public, you understand that TWA offers you the use of its technology to help reduce conflicts between Law Enforcement and the Public that result in death, excessive use of force and mutual disrespect.

PUBLIC REGISTRATION

1.  I understand that it is the job of Law Enforcement (Police) to enforce the law, protect my family, friends, community and me from danger and harm that I may not be aware of, understand, or see.

2.  In registering, I agree to respect the authority of all Law Enforcement that establish contact with me via TWA and to respectively comply with their requests, even if I do not understand or agree with the reason they have stopped, questioned or detained me.

3.  I further agree to cooperate with all requests from proper legal authority for copies of my TWA material and documents as they may assist in protecting and clarifying the truth for me, the Public, and National Security.

4.  All TWA files, recordings and information will be immediately and unconditionally available in matters involving terrorist threat activity and National Security.

5.  All material submitted to TWA is stored on TWA’s servers exclusively

6.  All documents and communication is encrypted and can only be accessed by the (a) Submitted ID Case Number, and (b) proper legal authority (i.e., subpoenas).

7.  All personal identifying information (i.e, name, address, phone number, other ID ect.) associated with information submitted by the Public, and retained on TWA’s servers, will be redacted and encrypted.

8.  For Police, their name, badge number, precinct, and supervisor’s names will not be available to the Public but may be requested or submitted to the Public by the Officer upon request during, or after, a contact event.

Submission and Retrieval of A/V Recordings

To insure confidence in the integrity of the A/V recording of an event it is recommended that Police/Public participants of TWA obtain certified copies of submitted A/V recordings for their records/files for future reference and evidence. In accordance with the aforementioned please note the following:

1.  It is the participants responsibility to retain a copy of their case ID# in a safe and confidential location.

2.  A/V Recordings submitted to TWA will only be released upon the presentation of a identification case number.

3.  Only requests for A/V recordings submitted using a TWA e-mail will be honored.

4.  Requests for A/V recordings must be presented within thirty (30) days of the date that the recording was submitted.

5.  All A/V recordings that have been retained on TWA servers after thirty (30) days will be automatically deleted on day 31.

6.  Deleted recordings cannot and will not be retrieved.

7.  Only upon a signed release and ID Case number will recordings be released to a third party.
